If you can’t clearly see where you’re going you’ll give up!

Navigating life without powerful visions to guide you is hopeless. That’s like wandering around in the wilderness without a compass, a map or a flashlight. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll be lucky enough to pull-off your goal.

But for most people, they’ll spend all of their time chasing rainbows. I’m not having a go at you here, I’m speaking from personal experience. I only had limited success until I created a vision that I could focus on and go for.

But, having a powerful vision is only part of the equation

Yes, having a powerful vision is a must if you want to be successful in anything. Not just losing weight.

You must also have two other important factors. A strong purpose and the faith you’ll achieve it. Having all three parts will ensure your success. It’s just like the three legs of a tripod—without one or more legs it’s useless.

So, what is a strong purpose?

Your purpose is all the reasons behind your vision. It’s not your goal. It’s the results you’ll receive from achieving your goal. Of course, wanting to lose weight is a purpose, but it’s a little bland, right? There’s no real feeling or drive in it. It’s dry.

We want to focus on the powerful purposes or reasons that you’re  losing weight for. Like all the ways you’ll feel when you reach your goal. How you’ll look. What that will feel like—You’ll feel awesome right? How others close to you will feel about your new look? Etc. It’s not just ideas, you must feel what it’ll be like.

These strong, positive, emotional feelings will keep driving you towards the future you.

Faith is one of the key factors in achieving your big vision for weight loss—or anything else.

Faith is a strong belief in yourself. It’s the belief that you absolutely CAN get what you want. The more faith you have, the less doubt you’ll have. It’s that simple.

I know what you might be thinking…

But, what if I don’t have much belief in myself or my goal?

Join the club! I don’t think anyone starts out with a lot of faith or belief they can do what they set out to do. If they could, there would BE no problem with their weight.

Faith and belief is something you need to cultivate. The more you focus on your powerful vision, your strong purpose and all the wonderful feelings that you get from seeing your future success, the more your faith will grow.

When you start, your faith and belief will most likely be tiny. This is where it’ll be much easier to just give up. But don’t!

Now you know you can grow your faith and the doubt will start to disappear. See, knowledge is power, right?
